Getting to Know Your Child - School (fill out and return)

HOW TO REGISTER:

Please have your desired classes with days and times for each child ready to enter in the form in the Class box.

List your child's name and the classes you would like. Once you have done this for each child please submit the form and wait for your confirmation email stating that you are either in the class or on the waitlist.

Do not submit for a PO with your charter until I provide you with an invoice. POs are due prior to your child starting a class. Material fees are separate and due to the teacher of the class the week prior to starting.

Commitment to a full session/semester is required:

Spring

Year-long classes scaffold; therefore, I ask you to consider the the full year. By taking a spot in a year-long class, you are filling it for another family who might want it for the year.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for tuition even if your charter does not pay (for any reason) and unpaid dues will be collected through all legal means.

I accept $50 registration fee (one per child, per school year) and I understand that material fees stated on the website are due to my child's teacher no later than the first day of class for that session.
