Class Policies

Media Release

Getting to Know Your Child - School (fill out and return)

Do not submit for a PO with your charter until I provide you with an invoice.

POs are due to The Bending Willow Academy prior to your child starting a class.

Material fees are separate and due to the teacher no later than the first day of class.

Session enrollment is required. No refunds given.

Fall 1, 2 8 weeks each

Winter 10 weeks

Spring 10 weeks

I accept $100 registration fee (one per family, per school year) and I understand that material fees stated on the website are due to my child's teacher no later than the first day of class for that session.
